To protect our artists time and to make sure that all clients are treated equally, here are our :

SHOP POLICIES

A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to book your appointment (but don't worry, the booking fee is applied to your over all amount due as long as you keep your appointment). If for any reason we feel it is unsafe or we are unable to tattoo a client due to information listed in the policies or preparation, your deposit will not be returned. So why do we require a booking fee on all appointments? Here is the scoop. All of our artists aren't paid hourly, and they book weeks in advance. When you book an appointment, we require this booking fee to make sure that you are as serious about your time slot as your artist is. if for any reason it needs to be canceled or rescheduled, we want to make sure that our artists are compensated for their lost time or missed appointment slot. BOOKING FEES

Here are our polices that apply to standard booking protocol 

Prior to booking, all policies and procedure information must be reviewed. When you book, you will be asked if you agree to our terms and conditions and cancelation policy. When you check that, you are agreeing to all these policies, so please make sure you read them in their entirety. 

Yearly touch-up appointments must be booked with the artist who did the original work.

If you wish to have another artist do a touch-up, you will book at their new client pricing.

If you have any previous permanent cosmetics, you must contact the shop prior to booking,

as not all previous work can be covered or tattooed over. If you come in with previous work that was not approved and it cannot be touched up or fixed, your booking fee will NOT be returned.

Please keep in mind these are tattoos, tattooing the skin very frequently will result in poor results, so when booking touch-ups, please wait until you are in dire need. Spacing your appointments out as much as possible will lead to better results.

BOOKING FEES, or sometimes referred to as a "deposits", are only valid on the date and time and the service that it is booked.

ALL BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON -TRANSFERRABLE 

RESCHEDULING

We understand that life happens and that things come up, but please be mindful of these policies.

ALL RESCHEDULING MUST BE DONE THROUGH THE SHOP PHONE

PLEASE NOTE OUR SHOP HOURS, IF THERE IS NO ANSWER PLEASE LEAVE A VOICEMAIL.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited, and you will be asked to re-book. Please keep traffic/construction/weather in mind when traveling. We book clients back-to-back, and we have this policy to ensure the rest of our clients run on time.

If you do not show up to your appointment without contacting the shop prior, or reschedule within two weeks of your appointment time, your deposit is forfeited, and you will incur a cancelation fee of an additional $50.

Within the winter months, unfortunately, crazy weather does happen. We do live in Ohio after all. Our inclement weather policy is : if Libby is coming to work, we expect our clients too. She lives over 45 minutes away and has all non-city maintained roads to get here. 

If your 8 week touch-up appointment is included with the cost of your initial appointment, it must be scheduled within 6-12 weeks & will be booked at the time of your initial session. 

If you cancel/reschedule your appointment and it falls outside of the allotted time frame, you will be required to book online as an "additional touch-up" with an additional cost, varying in cost depending on the artist. With limited appointment availability, this helps protect the time of each artist. 

If consistent rescheduling occurs, you may be asked to pre-pay the full cost of the appointment. 

MEDICAL ISSUES 

We love our clients and want what's best for you. Part of that meaning only tattooing the right candidates. 

 WE ARE UNABLE TO TATTOO UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

 

  • Pregnant/Breastfeeding (ideally we would like you to wait a few months after breastfeeding for the best results but it isn't required to wait after stopping)

  • Under the age of 18

  • Chemotherapy (Must be after 1yr of receiving treatment)

  • Accutane users past or present (call for more info)

  • Sunburnt or Tanned Skin

  • Certain Skincare with AHA Acids or Retinols. Please view our prep page for more info. 

  • Using any medical grade skincare lines or dermatologist prescribed medications

  • Certain skin types INCLUDES extremely oily skin (microblading only)

  • If you have any skin disorders in area to be tattooed (eczema, acne rash, etc.)

  • Blood thinning medications 

  • Any scarring or hyper pigmentation issues

  • Are on and have been on Antibiotics within the past month. 

If you have ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS OR ARE ON ANY MEDICATIONS (any autoimmune diseases, thyroid, diabetes, etc.) please inform the shop PRIOR to booking. You may not be a candidate for Microblading, or a doctors note may be required.

 

If you fail to inform us of any medical conditions or any medications and we are unable to tattoo you, your booking fee will be forfeited and a cancelation fee may be applied as well.

To ensure all clients are treated fairly and no bias occurs within our studio,

 NO EXCEPTIONS will be made!
